NCIP Certification of SSAI as CADT Administrator

The following documents were furnished by the National Commission on Indigenous People (NCIP), establishing:

the legitimacy of the Siocon Subano Association Inc. (SSAI) as the recognised                       Administrator of the Certificate of Ancestral Domain Title (CADT) of the Siocon (Canatuan) Subanon people

the election of Timuay Juanito Tumangkis as President of the SSAI

that, based on tribal genealogy, Mr. Jose Boy Anoy is not a Timuay
